This is a red brick house, likely dating from the 17th or 18th century. It has a steeply pitched tiled roof and two storeys. The window is a flush casement with glazing bars. The building has been graded for group value, as it forms part of an informal group of vernacular houses, which also includes numbers 112, 122 and 128 on Wall Hill Road, Brownshill Green.
