Description

This sundial, located approximately 10 meters south-west of the Church of St Lawrence, is likely made from part of a former churchyard cross. It dates from the early 19th century and is constructed of sandstone. The sundial features a stone plinth and a square shaft that stands about 1.2 meters high. The shaft is chamfered and has stops below the head, with a coved-edge top that has a metal sundial plate affixed to the center.
