Description

No. 73 High Street is a house that has been converted into flats and a pair of shops. It has a core dating back to the 17th century, with an early 19th-century front and a 20th-century shop front. The building features rendered brickwork and a tiled roof with moulded eaves. There are end stacks to the right and a ridge stack to the left of the center. The front is three stories high and has four windows, which contain glazing bar sashes. The shop fronts are made of plate glass and have recessed entrances. At the rear, there is a gabled wing that includes a chamfered mullion four-light window in the center of the first floor.
