Description

Oxhay Farmhouse is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, with some additions from the late 19th century. The structure is made of coursed and dressed rubble and features a stone slate roof, with verge parapets and blue brick stacks at the ends. It has two storeys and an attic, with a three-window front that includes three- and four-light block mullioned casements on the ground floor and a four-light window to the left of centre on the first floor, which is set well below the eaves line. There is also a small 20th-century lean-to attached to the right-hand end, which conceals the entrance.
