Description
This is a churchyard cross located in the churchyard to the southeast of the Church of St Edward. It is a stone preaching cross, likely dating from the 9th century. The cross features a tall, tapering round shaft adorned with a band of interlace and inset interlace panels in the upper section. It is raised on a stepped base and is designated as a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
