Description

The cross in the churchyard to the south of the Church of St Edward is a fragment likely dating from the 9th century. It is made of stone and features a headless square shaft that may have been reassembled from various fragments. The shaft is adorned with interlace patterns set in panels. This structure is also designated as a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
