Description
Lower Lady Meadows Farmhouse is an 18th-century farmhouse with early 19th-century additions. It is constructed from coursed dressed and squared stone, topped with a tiled roof featuring verge parapets and pitched copings, along with end stacks. The building is two stories high and has a two-window front, with three-light block mullioned casements. The entrance is offset to the left and includes a blank, inset shield in the lintel above a part-glazed door. Inside, there is a cast iron range located in the early 19th-century wing, contributing to a very complete interior from this period, which has seen very little alteration.
