Hammerhouse Farmhouse is a 17th-century building with later alterations. It features a timber frame and painted brick construction, standing two storeys tall. The façade includes five later casement windows and a plain doorway, which is sheltered by a later brick and tile porch. The eaves are plain, and the roof is tiled.
