Description

This is a pair of 17th century cottages located on Park Lane in Chebsey, occupied by Mrs. Williams and Miss Savage. The cottages are constructed with a timber frame and red brick, standing two storeys high. The right-hand cottage features a gabled bay with exposed timber framing at the front, while the left-hand cottage has some exposed timber framing on its left side. Each cottage has three casement windows. To the left of the left-hand cottage, there is a plain wood doorcase with a ledged door. The right-hand cottage has a plain doorway at the rear and has undergone some later alterations, including plain eaves and tiled roofing.
