Description

Quaker Farmhouse is a 17th-century building that reveals an earlier timber frame internally. It is constructed of red brick on a stone base and has a T-shaped plan with a projecting gabled bay of the cross wing, which is the earlier section, located on the left-hand side. The farmhouse features three modern casement windows, a plain doorway with a rectangular fanlight and a ledged door, and some exposed timber framing on the west side. The eaves are plain, and the roof is covered with modern tiles. Inside, the farmhouse has exposed ceiling beams and timber framing throughout.
