Description
Primrose Cottage is a house that has been converted into a shop. It likely originated in the 17th century, with significant alterations made in the late 19th century and additional rear extensions added in the 20th century. The building is dated 1610. It features a stuccoed brick exterior and a thatched roof. The structure is single storey with an attic. The shopfront includes an entrance with glazed doors and large plate glass windows on either side. In the attic, there is a gabled dormer window with a casement and plain bargeboards that display the painted date. The interior does not show any visible timber-framing or beams on the ground floor, and the attic is not accessible.
