Description

Garmelow Manor is an early to mid-19th century manor house. It is constructed of red brick with a stone base, and stands three storeys high. The front elevation has three sash windows with plain lintels, and a stone pilaster doorcase topped with a cornice hood supported by brackets. A stone-coped gable is visible at the east end, with moulded wood eaves and tiling. There is a single window bay on the left-hand side. Later additions have been made to the rear of the building.
