Pershall House Farmhouse is probably of early 18th century origin, with later alterations. It is constructed of red brick and is three storeys high. The front elevation features three transomed casement windows with segmental heads. A moulded wooden doorcase is present, incorporating a rectangular fanlight and pediment. The west side is characterised by three stone-coped gables, and the roof is tiled, with a hipped form. Inside, a plain wooden baluster staircase rises to the upper storey.
