Description

The Thatched Cottage is a 17th-century building located on Kerry Lane in Eccleshall. It features a timber frame with painted brick and stone infilling, along with plastered stacks. The cottage is one storey plus an attic and has two casement windows, one dating from the 18th century and the other modern. There is a plain doorway with a ledged door, and the thatched roof has been renewed. Originally, this structure consisted of two cottages but has since been converted into a single dwelling.
