Description

The lychgate of the Church of the Holy Trinity in Eccleshall was built in 1892 and designed by architect Basil Champneys. It features a conventional design with a gabled wooden canopy that has intricately carved barge-boards. This canopy is supported by moulded wooden posts that rise from stone flanking walls.
