Description

The building is a 17th-century barn at Yew Tree Farm, located on Ash Lane in Swynnerton, Yarnfield. It has undergone later alterations. The barn is primarily brick-built, with some sections of exposed timber framing visible on the west side. Originally comprising seven bays, the outer bays feature exposed braces. The south side has been rebuilt in brick; the southern half has been converted into a hay loft and is divided by modern brick partitions. The northern half retains good exposed roof timbers and tiles.
