Description
Coots House is a late 18th century building, formerly known as Dog Farmhouse. It is constructed of red brick and features two storeys arranged in two parallel ranges. The front has three casement windows with segmental heads. The entrance is highlighted by a moulded wood pilaster doorcase, which includes a rectangular fanlight, a cornice hood supported by consoles, and a four-panelled door. There is a plain band running along the building, with brick coped gable ends and corbelled eaves. The roof is tiled.
