Hay House Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from around 1800. It is constructed of red brick and features a plain tile roof with brick integral end stacks. The building stands three storeys high and has banded eaves. There are three windows, which are glazing bar casements with segmental heads. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door that has a rectangular overlight above it, a bracketed hood, and a pilastered doorcase. Hay House Farmhouse is located within the remains of a moat that has since been infilled.
