Description
Preston Vale Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse that has undergone later alterations and additions. It is constructed of red brick and features a slate roof with a central brick chimney. The building consists of two parallel ranges aligned north-south and facing west, with extensions to the east and south. It has two storeys and a gable-lit attic, with floor bands. The facade includes two windows with casements that have segmental heads, and a canted bay window on the ground floor to the left, topped with a hipped roof. To the right, there is a door with a bracketed slate hood. Additionally, there is a single-storey extension to the right, which also features a canted bay window.
