Description

Dunston Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1700, with alterations made in the mid to late 19th century. It is constructed of red brick and features a hipped plain tile roof with brick off-ridge stacks. The building has two storeys and a side-lit attic, characterized by a first-floor band and a moulded eaves cornice. There are three 19th-century sash windows with flat brick arches. The central entrance consists of a glazed door topped by a rectangular overlight and is framed by a Tuscan portico.
