Description
Number 2 Beigherton Cottages is a cottage that dates from the 17th century but was re-faced in the 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a red tile roof and features a ridge stack. The building is 1½ storeys high and has two windows and two gabled dormers, with a central entrance. At the rear, there are two framed bays with square panels, three panels extending up to the eaves, and one short tension brace to the wallplate. The rear also includes two dormers, one of which has a flat top. This cottage is noted for its timber frame construction.
