Description
Beigherton House is a farmhouse dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick, with the front covered in stucco, and features a blue tile roof with end stacks. The building has a two parallel range plan and a central entrance. The front elevation is three storeys high with three windows, and a gabled centre break. It is adorned with giant pilaster strips with moulded heads at the corners. The windows are glazing bar sashes, although some have been replaced with casements. There is a large single-storey porch with a flat roof, which has a moulded frieze and a blocking course. The rear elevation also has two windows with glazing bar sashes. There have been later extensions added to the north and the rear of the building.
