Description

The gate piers located immediately to the south-west of Park Lodge date from the early 19th century and are constructed from sandstone ashlar. They are monolithic and circular in section, featuring moulded capping and rounded, slightly pointed finials. The piers still retain iron hinges that were used for former gates. These piers are included for their group value.
