Description

This sundial, located approximately 9 meters south-west of the south porch of the Church of St John the Baptist, is likely from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is made of sandstone and features a vase-shaped baluster that stands on three wide steps arranged in a circular plan. The sundial itself, which is from the 20th century, has the arms of Keele University on top.
