Description

This is a 17th-century cottage located in Longdon, Derbyshire, which was restored in the 1980s. It is timber framed with brick infill panels and has a plain tile roof with brick end stacks. The cottage is one storey high with an attic, featuring two tiers of large square panels with straight braces. There are three 20th-century casement windows on the ground floor, with latticed panes. A single, long, low attic dormer is present, and a 20th-century panelled door is positioned to the left of the centre. Inside, there are exposed queen strut roof trusses. The interior has not been inspected.
