Description

The property is a house, dating to the early 18th century, with alterations and additions made in the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a plain tile roof, incorporating a brick ridge stack and an integral end stack. The house has a baffle-entry plan and is aligned east-west, facing south. It is three storeys high, with a dentil eaves band; the uppermost storey is an addition. The front elevation has three windows, featuring casements with segmental heads. A C19 gabled porch is located to the right of centre, directly in front of the chimney stack. Inside, there is a large open fireplace with an ovolo-moulded bressumer, and a C19 staircase with stick balusters.
