Description
Lea Hall Farmhouse is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, featuring a hipped slate roof and brick integral end stacks. The building has an L-shaped plan, with the main house oriented east-west and facing south, while the rear wing extends to the east in a north-south direction. It stands three storeys tall, with reduced proportions on the second floor and a dentilled eaves band. The front of the main house has three windows, which are three-light casements with segmental heads, ovolo-moulded mullions, and transoms. There is a central half-glazed door with a segmental head and a bracketed hood. The east front has two windows with similar casements to those on the main house. An insurance plaque depicting a phoenix is also present. To the right, there is a two-storey, single-bay late 19th-century extension with segmental-headed casements and a hipped roof. Inside, there is a staircase featuring stick balusters.
