Description
The Bosses Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the mid 18th century, possibly with an earlier core, and features mid 19th century alterations. It is constructed of rendered brickwork with rendered quoins and has tiled roofs with ridge stacks. The building has a double range plan and the front displays two gables. The left-hand gable is two storeys high and has a three-light casement window on the first floor, along with a small hipped-roof, three-sided bay window on the ground floor. The right gable, which is set back, also has two storeys and an attic, featuring a range of three three-light casements with segmental heads. The entrance is located at the return angle of the building and is highlighted by a moulded surround and a six-panel door.
