Description
Ivy House Farmhouse is an early 18th-century farmhouse constructed of red brick, featuring rusticated stone quoins and bands at the floor levels. It has a tiled roof and end stacks, with an L-shaped plan. The building is two stories high with a dormer-lit attic and a four-window front. There are two hipped dormers situated above the inner pair of glazing bar sash windows, all of which have gauged brick heads. The central entrance is adorned with moulded surrounds and a six-panel door. At the rear, there is an additional wing that includes casement windows and a yard entrance.
