Description

Elm Cottage is a late 18th-century house with minor alterations made in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of red brick with a tiled roof featuring cogged eaves and verge parapets. A ridge stack is centrally placed along the front of the house. The two-storey façade has a two-window arrangement, featuring three-light casement windows. The ground floor windows have segmental heads. The central entrance has a 20th-century part-glazed door within a lightweight porch.
