Description

No. 9 Lichfield Street is a Regency-style building constructed from red brick. It stands three storeys tall and features three sash windows, with the central window highlighted by a simple architrave. The ground storey includes two stuccoed three-light windows that have a moulded fascia, as well as sill and head bands. There is a stuccoed pilaster doorcase that supports a radial fanlight, topped by a moulded pediment. The entrance has a six-fielded-panelled door and steps leading up to it. The building also has moulded plaster eaves and is covered with old tiles.
