Description

10 Lichfield Street is a Regency-style building constructed of red brick, featuring three storeys and three sash windows. The central window is highlighted by an arched recess with stuccoed engaged shafts and a festooned cornice. On the ground floor, there are two three-light windows with stuccoed pilasters and a moulded cornice set within an arched recess. The entrance has a stuccoed doorcase with a decorative traceried fanlight, a pediment supported by consoles, and a six-fielded-panelled door with steps leading up to it. The building also has sill bands at the ground and first storeys, a stone base, a cement plinth, and moulded plaster eaves, although it has modern tiles on the roof.
