Description

The north-west block of the Tutbury Institute, located on the south-east side of High Street, is a meeting hall built around 1900. It is constructed of red brick and features a gabled end facing the street. The building has two storeys and includes three sash windows with channelled lintels. There is a plain band running across the top of the building, which incorporates a clock in the gable. Additionally, there are two 3-light sash windows on the grand storey, and quoins are present at the sides of the structure.
