Warehouse, now Unitarian chapel. 1879. By W Knight of Nottingham for W Tidmas. Red brick, with ashlar and terracotta dressings and slate roof with gable stacks. Plinth, ground floor sill band, string courses, elaborate terracotta eaves detail. Italianate style. Windows are mainly iron framed casements. Main floors have segment-arched openings with keystones. 3 storeys plus attics; 6 window range. Ground floor has a continuous ashlar band forming the heads of the openings. To right, a double doorway with square pier, and to left, 5 windows. Above, 6 windows on each floor, with ashlar heads to the first floor and brick heads above. Attic has 6 flat-headed windows.
