Description

This is a late 18th-century town house, altered in the 19th century. It is located on the north-west side of High Street, Tutbury, and is situated between numbers 10 and 11. The building is constructed of brick with a tiled roof. It has two storeys and is composed of three bays, with the central bay recessed over two floors. This recessed area contains a three-light window on the ground floor and a semi-circular arched head. A semi-circular headed recess is positioned on the left-hand side, and a doorway with a semi-circular head is found on the right. The eaves are toothed.
