Description

Nos 1 and 2 High Street are 18th-century buildings that have undergone later alterations. They are constructed of brick with cement rendering and feature two storeys and an attic. The buildings have three sash windows, each with single glazing bars. The roof is covered with old tiles and there is a brick stack. Number 2 has a moulded wood Tuscan pilaster doorcase with a rectangular fanlight and a six-panelled door. Number 1 includes a modern box dormer and a modern shop front. At the time of inspection in 1983, the buildings were unoccupied.
