No. 1 Burton Street is an early 19th-century building constructed of brick, featuring an old tile roof and a brick chimney. It stands two storeys high with an attic and has a curved front that addresses the street corner. The façade includes two sash windows with plain lintels, and in the center, there is a divided glazed door flanked by shop windows.
