Description
The Crown Inn, including the adjoining outbuildings to the south-west, is an early 19th-century building located in Ironbridge. It is constructed of red brick and stands three storeys high. The façade features two sash windows with cambered brick arches and a blocked window in the center. The entrance is highlighted by a moulded wood pilaster doorcase with a pedimental hood, a radial fanlight, and a six-panelled divided door. The building has plain eaves and a tiled roof.
On the left-hand side, there is an attached outbuilding, likely a former malthouse, which has a gabled end facing the road and is two storeys tall with one window that has a stone segmental head. To the right, there is an altered two-storeyed wing that includes modern casement windows and a doorway.
