Description
No. 12 is a 17th-century roughcast cross wing located at the left-hand end of Oak Beams, which is an 18th-century rendered brick range. No. 12 features a parpated gable at the front and a large external side chimney stack. It is one storey with an attic, and has modern casements and a glazed door. Inside, there are stopped chamfered ceiling beams and joists. Oak Beams is at right angles, also one storey with an attic, and has a three-window range with two and three-light mullion and transom casements, along with gabled dormers. The roofs are covered with old tiles and have gabled ends, with brick stacks at the ends and on the ridge.
