Description

Rose Farmhouse is a 17th century timber-framed cottage that has been significantly altered in the 19th century. It features plastered infill panels and a 19th century tiled roof with gabled ends. The building is two storeys high and has two windows, which are modern casements. There is a central doorway that is topped by a timber porch from the late 19th or early 20th century. A central rendered brick stack is present, and the interior includes stepped-chamfered ceiling beams. Lean-tos are located on both ends of the cottage.
