Description

28 Darby Road is a mid-19th century painted brick cottage with a plain tile roof featuring gabled ends. The building stands two storeys high and has two windows, which are sash windows without glazing bars set in segmental arched openings. The central entrance consists of a flush panel door framed by a moulded doorcase and an openwork quatrefoil pattern cast-iron porch. There are brick stacks at each end of the cottage.
