Probably late C17/early C18. Very small single bay brick cottage, probably has concealed timber framing. Thatched roof with gabled ends. One storey and attic. One window range. Eyebrow dormer with C19 casement with glazing bars. Ground floor another C19 casement with glazing bars and central boarded door in segmental arched opening. Large external brick chimney stack on south-west end with battered sides.
