Description

This is an outbuilding located in the courtyard approximately 10 metres north of Ruyton Manor, built around 1860. It is constructed from coursed and dressed red sandstone rubble and features a slate roof that is concealed by an embattled parapet. The building is one storey high. The north range includes two rectangular windows with narrow shouldered heads, positioned to the left of a segmental-headed moulded doorway, with another window to the right. The D-shaped east range, which projects to the south, has a similar window to the south and a twin round-headed window to the west, complete with a continuous hoodmould, imposts, and a central shaft. This outbuilding is included for its group value with Ruyton Manor.
