Description

Nos. 6 to 8 in Badger are a house that has been converted into three cottages, built in 1844 as indicated by the datestone. The structure is made of coursed sandstone rubble and features plain tiled roofs. It is two storeys high with three bays, and has a projecting gable on the right side. The entrances to Nos. 6 and 7 are accessed through a gabled porch that has a four-centred arch. The windows are patterned leaded casements set in mullions, with the first-floor windows of the two left-hand bays featuring gables above. There is a large end stack on the left and a rendered axial ridge stack, with raised verges on kneelers. Additionally, there are red brick extensions from around 1900 on the right side and at the rear.
