Description
Tickwood Hall is a large mansion dating from around 1830, with later additions. The main block, facing east, is built of red brick and features four sash windows with channelled lintels above. A moulded wooden doorcase leads to the front entrance, which is sheltered by a stone portico with four Ionic columns and a moulded cornice. The building has dentilled eaves and a hipped slate roof. A wing set back on the left-hand side has three sash windows and a later three-light bow window on the ground floor.
