Description

TSB Bank, formerly known as Lloyds Bank Buildings, is an early 19th-century structure located on The Square. It features red brick with stone dressings and is situated on a sharp corner with a convex angle. The building has three storeys and displays four sash windows on the Scotland Street elevation, three windows at the angle, and four more on the Market Street elevation. The windows alternate between three-lights with plain stuccoed sunk segments, and the bays are defined by plain pilasters. A moulded stone cornice adds to the architectural detail. The ground storey has a later pilastered bank front.
