Description

This building comprises the properties at 1 and 3 Scotland Street. Dating to the early 19th century, it is constructed of red brick and stands three stories high. The front features three sash windows, each with a moulded lintel. Number 1 has an early 19th-century moulded wooden shop window with slender pilasters that create side doorways. A modern shop front occupies the right-hand side of Number 1. The building is finished with moulded plaster eaves and slate roofing.
