Description

Manor Farmhouse is an early 19th-century brick farmhouse situated in Rushbury. The building has a red brick facade with gauged brick lintels over the windows. The roof is covered in plain tiles, with projecting brick gable-end stacks. The farmhouse follows an L-shaped plan, with the main range running parallel to the road and a rear wing extending to the right.

The front of the building presents as a three-storey, three-window range. It features 8/8 sash windows, with 4/4 sashes in the top storey. A tiled, brick porch is centrally located, and contains a 20th-century panelled door. The right side of the main range has a central projecting brick stack, and a 6/6 sash window on the ground floor. The right return side shows a 6/6 sash window on the first floor, with a 3/3 sash window above. A hipped, tiled, brick porch covers the back door.

The rear wing to the right has an 8/8 sash window with a 4/4 sash above, and a wooden casement window on the ground floor, both set within brick segmental arches. The interior of the farmhouse was not inspected.
