Description

The Manor House is a late 17th-century building located on Sheinton Street in Much Wenlock. It features a timber frame with painted brick and coursed rubble at the base, and it stands two storeys tall. The main wing is prominent and gabled, while the left-hand wing is roughcast. The house has modern casement windows throughout and a recessed door that is topped with a simple weather-hood from the early 19th century. The roof is tiled. Inside, there is a notable staircase that dates back to the time of Charles II.
