Description

Number 37 on High Street is a house built around 1800. It is constructed of brick and covered in stucco, featuring a plain tile roof with gabled ends and slightly overhanging eaves. The building has rusticated quoins and window heads, and it stands three storeys tall with two bays. The windows are sashes without glazing bars. There is a small 19th-century shop front with pilasters and a cornice, and a plain doorway to the left. A central brick chimney stack is also present. This property is included for its group value.
